Serenity Care Partners Consulting (a division of WY Blue Haven Consultants LLC) collects only the personal information you voluntarily provide through our contact form, our email correspondence, our intake forms, and our engagement agreements. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiries, deliver our services to you, and communicate with you about your engagement.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers (email systems, payment processors, scheduling tools, cloud storage) strictly as needed to deliver our services. We require those providers to handle your information securely.
Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand visitor behavior in aggregate. We do not use these tools to identify you personally, and we do not set advertising cookies. You may request deletion of any personal information you have shared with us at any time by emailing b.DEGUENON@gmail.com.
Client documents uploaded to your portal, when that portal exists, will be stored encrypted at rest and accessible only to you and authorized Serenity Care Partners Consulting personnel. We retain client records as required by our engagement agreement and by applicable law.
